Join us for Industry Seminar at Fess Parker's Doubletree Resort, Santa Barbara, CA

November 2-4, 2008

"Getting Back to Basics: How to Weather the Perfect Storm"

You will want to join us for CSNA Industry Seminar at  Fess Parker's Doubletree Resort, 633 East Cabrillo Boulevard, Santa Barbara, CA 93103.  This event is scheduled for November 2nd - 4th.  Fess Parker's Resort offers special amenities for our group, so plan on arriving early or staying late to take advantage of everything the property has to offer.  Our Group Rate will be honored 3 days after the Industry Seminar, subject to availability.  Availability update: As of Sept 8th, the hotel is at a near sell-out for Saturday night, so they have instituted a Friday/Saturday requirement (you can not book Saturday without also booking Friday)  The rate for Friday/Saturday is currently $390 per night for an ocean view room (the only room type still available.)  There is a fundraising walk for Leukemia and Lymphoma that is happening that weekend and is booking up the city.  This won't affect your ability to attend our Industry Seminar since we don't begin until 1pm on Sunday.  Rooms are still available for Sunday and Monday nights, at our $209 rate.

The Industry Seminar Committee is hard at work planning the details of the event.  Check back in early June for exact schedule and speakers.  Though the program has yet to be finalized, we promise you will not be disappointed.

In addition, what would Industry Seminar be without the opportunity for networking, camaraderie, and just some good ol’ fashioned fun?  The committee has organized a great program with a special event slated for Monday evening. In order for all registrants to enjoy the full extent of the seminar and to promote education, networking, camaraderie and fun; the CSNA Industry Seminar committee is requesting that all members refrain from private entertaining on Monday evening so that everyone can enjoy one another’s presence.  Sunday evening has been set aside for attendees to explore the many opportunities that Santa Barbara offers.  We thank you for your cooperation in advance.

Take care of the lodging details now!
Hotel Reservation Cut-Off date is Thursday, October 9th!

Lodging at Fess Parker's Doubletree Resort is $209 per night, single/double plus tax (currently 12.06%).  Subject to availability, the rate will be honored 3 days post conference Availability update: As of Sept 8th, the hotel is at a near sell-out for Saturday night, so they have instituted a Friday/Saturday requirement (you can not book Saturday without also booking Friday)  The rate for Friday/Saturday is currently $390 per night for an ocean view room (the only room type still available.)  There is a fundraising walk for Leukemia and Lymphoma that is happening that weekend and is booking up the city.  This won't affect your ability to attend our Industry Seminar since we don't begin until 1pm on Sunday.  Rooms are still available for Sunday and Monday nights, at our $209 rate.
