Covid Protocols

As mentioned before, we will be following all state, county and city guidance. That means we will be requiring proof of vacination, a negative covid test within 72 hours OR verification that you have recovered from covid in the past 90 days in order for anyone to pick up their nametag. If someone shows up without a valid vacination card, app or covid-test, we will have a limited number 15 minute covid tests available at a cost of $25 for people to take on-site, with a volunteer monitoring to ensure we meet the state's requirements. We will also be requiring masks inside the convention center for everyone unless they are actively eating or drinking. This will keep us in compliance and ensure our conference is as safe as possible for everyone.
